Celery Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken broth | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| 3 cups celery, sliced 1/2-in. thick | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Marjoram | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Celery leaves, chopped for garnish | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 400°
MAKING
2) Using bulb-type baster skim fat from broth.
3) In a 2-quart casserole mix all ingredients.
4) Cover and bake for about 30 minutes till rice is tender.
5) Garnish with chopped celery leaves.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
