Celery Remoulade Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sweet pickle relish | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Capers | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Anchovy paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 cups celery slices, diagonally sliced 1/2 inch thick | ||

Directions
Combine mayonnaise, parsley, relish, capers, mustard, and anchovy paste in large bowl.
Add celery and toss well.
