Celery Remoulade Recipe

4 eggs
1/2 bunch celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons minced parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 garlic clove, minced
Directions
1. Hard-cook eggs; drain and refrigerate to chill.
2. Meanwhile, cut celery stalks crosswise into 1 1/2-inch pieces; cut each piece lengthwise into matchstick-thin strips; set aside.
