Celery In Virgin Oil Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Virgin olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Red peppers | 2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Rosemary | 1/4 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Sea salt | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch diced celery 3 minutes or so.
Remove from heat.
Drain.
Set aside.
In a small saucepan, warm oil.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Transfer celery to a jar.
Stir in seasoned oil.
Shaking occasionally, keep at room temperature.
Note : marinated celery will keep up to 3 weeks.
