Celeriac with Lemon-Mustard Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Mustard powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Clear honey | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Plain yogurt | 150 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Celeriac | 450 Gram, peeled | |
| 1 carrot, coarsely shredded | ||
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Blend together the mustard, lemon juice, honey, pepper, yogurt and salt and pour into a shallow serving dish.
2. Shred the celeriac very coarsely directly into the mixture to prevent discoloration. Stir in the carrot.
3. Sprinkle with the paprika and serve.
