Directions
1. In a mixing bowl, put the vegan mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and whisk that together.
2. Add in the same bowl, the Celeriac matchsticks and fold that together.
3. Season with fresh black pepper.

4. It can be served as a side dish or with any salad. Its great on any of the tempeh recipes.
