Celebration Ice Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Pie shell | 1 , baked | |
| Strawberry | 3 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Chocolate ice cream | 3 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Egg whites | 6 | |
| Marshmallow creme | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chocolate sauce or Caramel sauce or Raspberry or strawberry puree | ||
Directions
In bottom of baked pie shell spread strawberry ice cream.
Freeze 1 hour.
Spread chocolate ice cream on top of strawberry ice cream.
Freeze 1 hour.
Heat oven to 425°.
Meanwhile, in small mixer bowl beat egg whites at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form (2 to 3 minutes).
Reduce speed to low.
Gradually beat in marshmallow creme until smooth.
Spread carefully onto frozen pie, sealing to edges of crust.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.
Serve with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce or raspberry puree.
