Ingredients

 Pie shell1 , baked
 Strawberry3 Cup (16 tbs), softened
 Chocolate ice cream3 Cup (16 tbs), softened
 Egg whites6
 Marshmallow creme1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chocolate sauce or Caramel sauce or Raspberry or strawberry puree

Directions

In bottom of baked pie shell spread strawberry ice cream.
Freeze 1 hour.
Spread chocolate ice cream on top of strawberry ice cream.
Freeze 1 hour.
Heat oven to 425°.
Meanwhile, in small mixer bowl beat egg whites at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form (2 to 3 minutes).
Reduce speed to low.
Gradually beat in marshmallow creme until smooth.
Spread carefully onto frozen pie, sealing to edges of crust.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.
Serve with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce or raspberry puree.
