Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
2 cedar plank pieces
 
2 salmon fillets
 
Sea salt
 
Freshly ground black pepper
 
Fresh rosemary sprigs
 
McCormick Lemon Butter Dill sauce

Directions

Soak cedar planks in water for at least 1 hour. Remove from water and set aside while preparing salmon. Remove the skin and any bones from the salmon and place one fillet on each plank, skin side down. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, then brush with Lemon Butter Dill sauce. Top with 2 sprigs of rosemary on each fillet.

Place cedar planks and salmon on indirect heat on the grill. Cook for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
