Cceurs Ala Crème Recipe
Ingredients
| Quark | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 teaspoons liquid honey | ||
| Whipping cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Strawberry | 150 Milliliter | |
Directions
1. Mix the quark and honey together until smooth, then fold in the cream.
2. Line 4 heart-shaped moulds with muslin, spoon in the cheese mixture and smooth the tops. Place on a plate in the refrigerator and leave to drain overnight.
3. Turn the desserts onto individual plates and pour a little strawberry or Melba sauce around each one.
