Cazuela De Chorizo Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or pinch of dried | ||
| Bay leaf | 1/2 | |
| 7 links chorizo or other spicy sausage, thinly sliced | ||
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup good-quality tomato sauce | ||
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Potatoes | 8 Small | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a skillet, put oil on medium flame and once heated, put onion, garlic, thyme and beay leaf in it.
2.Stir and cook th eingredients till the time onion gets tender.
3.Put chrizo and make it brown by stirring for 4 minutes.
4.Put flour and paprika also in the skillet so that chorizo gets completely covered by them.
5.After cooking for 2-3 minutes, put wine and stir well.
6.Once the wine gets diminished, put water and tomato sauce and cook the ingredinets on low flame for 5 minutes.
SERVING
7.Toss over boiled potatoes and garnish with parsley.
