Cayenne Spiked Cheese Balls In Toasted Hazelnuts Recipe

Ingredients

 225 g/8 oz/1 cup medium fat soft cheese
 90 ml/6 tbsp crushed pineapple, well drained
 175 g/6 oz/1 1/2 cups strong Cheddar cheese, finely grated
 1.5 ml/1/4 tsp cayenne
 100 g/4 oz/1 cup toasted chopped hazelnuts
 Cocktail pretzel sticks

Directions

Mash the soft cheese with the drained pineapple, the Cheddar cheese and cayenne until well blended.
Shape into 30 small balls and roll in the toasted hazelnuts.
Chill.
When ready to serve, spear each with half a pretzel stick, if liked.
