Caycnncd Corn Recipe
Ingredients
| Ears of corn | 5 | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Light cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Cut the raw corn kernels away from the cobs with a sharp knife.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat.
Add the corn, then the cream, garlic, salt, and cayenne.
Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes until the corn is tender.
Serve right away.
