Caviar Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
6 hard-cooked eggs, halved
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 small (2-ounce) jar red or black caviar
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon onion juice, Salt to taste
Directions
Scoop out egg yolks, and mash.
Add mayonnaise, caviar (reserving a little for garnish), pars-ley and onion juice.
Taste for seasoning, and add salt if necessary.
Heap mixture into egg whites, and garnish with caviar.
Chill.
