2 pkg (8-oz size) cream cheese
 
1 jar (4 oz) red caviar, slightly drained
 
Party pumpernickel slices

Directions

Let cream cheese stand at room temperature, to soften—about 1 hour.
Then, on serving tray, shape into a mound about 5 inches in diameter; flatten top.
Refrigerate, covered.
To serve: Spoon caviar over top of cream cheese, letting a little drizzle over side.
Surround with pumpernickel.
If desired, decorate with holly.
Makes 30 servings.
