Caviar Tart Recipe
Caviar Tart has a smooth taste. Caviar Tart tastes better with mix of vodka. The salmon lovers must try Caviar Tart.
Ingredients
3/4 cup canned seafood bisque, undiluted
1 oz vodka
2 tsp unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp cold water
1 cup smoked salmon mousse
1 shortcrust pastry, baked
4-5 smoked salmon slices
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
2 tbsp caviar
Directions
In a saucepan, over low heat, warm bisque.
Add vodka.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, let gelatin foam in cold water.
Fold into bisque, mixing well.
Let stand to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, in a food processor, soften salmon mousse.
Spread an even layer of mousse into pie crust.
Cover with smoked salmon slices.
Top with egg slices and caviar.
Pour lukewarm bisque over tart in order to cover garnish.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
