Caviar Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
| Caviar | 70 Gram | |
| Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pasteurised cream with a pinch of sodium bicarbonate - 1 tbsp | ||
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 8 Small, slightly beaten | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Combine lime juice with caviar and cream.
2.In an omelette pan, heat one fourth of butter with one fourt of oil.
3.Combine egg with salt and pepper and pour one fourth to make an omelette.
4.Repeat thrice to make 3 more.
5.Put a spoonfull of caviar mixture on half of each omelette and fold.
SERVING
6.Serve warm.
