Ingredients

 8 slices white bread, 1/4" thick
 Butter or margarine
 1 2 oz. jar caviar
 Lemon juice1/4 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Teaspoon, minced
 1 chopped, hard-cooked egg, shelled
 Prepared mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 2 tablesp. Mayonnaise

Directions

Remove crusts, then toast the bread slices on one side only.
Butter the untoasted side, and cut each slice into 3 finger size pieces.
Meanwhile mix the caviar with the lemon juice, onion, egg, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Spread on the buttered side of the toast ringers and serve.
