Caviar Fingers Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 slices white bread, 1/4" thick | ||
| Butter or margarine | ||
| 1 2 oz. jar caviar | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 1 chopped, hard-cooked egg, shelled | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablesp. Mayonnaise | ||
Directions
Remove crusts, then toast the bread slices on one side only.
Butter the untoasted side, and cut each slice into 3 finger size pieces.
Meanwhile mix the caviar with the lemon juice, onion, egg, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Spread on the buttered side of the toast ringers and serve.
