Caviar Canape Recipe
Ingredients
Toast rounds or triangles
Lemon juice
Butter
Onion, finely chopped
Black or red caviar
Grated hard cooked egg yolk
Directions
Cut toast in desired shapes; butter.
Spread generously with caviar.
Sprinkle with a little lemon juice and garnish with onion and egg yolk.
