Caviar Beans Recipe

Ingredients
| Kidney beans | 1 pound, dried | |
| Water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage | ||
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apples | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 4 , sliced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Tomato juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Wash beans; soak overnight in water.
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Add more water if necessary.
Break up sausage with a fork and mix thoroughly with all the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and add beans.
Cook on high heat until steaming, then simmer for at least 2 hours.
Add more tomato juice if needed.
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Add more water if necessary.
