Caviar Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese - 1 pkg. 8-oz. | ||
| Hot water | 1/4 Teaspoon, dissolved | |
| Onion | 1/4 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red or black caviar - 2 jars (4 - oz. Each) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, cream together cheese, bouillon, water, onion and mayonnaise.
2. Shape into a ball and frost completely with the caviar.
SERVING
3. Serve on a bed of endive or romaine lettuce, garnished with clusters of Olives a la Grecque.
4. Serve with rye saltines or melba toast.
