 Cream cheese - 1 pkg. 8-oz.
 Hot water1/4 Teaspoon, dissolved
 Onion1/4 Teaspoon, minced
 Mayonnaise1 Tablespoon
 Red or black caviar - 2 jars (4 - oz. Each)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, cream together cheese, bouillon, water, onion and mayonnaise.
2. Shape into a ball and frost completely with the caviar.

SERVING
3. Serve on a bed of endive or romaine lettuce, garnished with clusters of Olives a la Grecque.
4. Serve with rye saltines or melba toast.
