 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Cauliflower florets2 Pound
 Pimento stuffed olives12
 Sour cream1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (creme fraiche)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Chopped fresh chives1 Tablespoon
 Pine kernels1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Grated parmesan cheese3 Tablespoon

Directions

Pour the vinegar into a bowl of water and rinse the cauliflower florets in it.
Pour 1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) of hot water into the lower compartment of a microwave steamer.
Put the cauliflower florets into the upper compartment.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes.
Slice the olives.
Season the sour cream (creme fraiche) with salt and pepper.
Drain the cauliflower and put in a deep dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the olives, chopped chives and pine kernels.
Stir carefully.
Pour the cream over and heat for 5 minutes on HIGH.
