Simple Cauliflower Soup Recipe
I personally feel Cauliflower Soup is very nourishing. Nor a degree less neither a degree more the mixture of cauliflower, onion, carrot, tomatoes, and sour cream, with the dash of pepper along with ham gives a divine taste. Cauliflower soup is famous worldwide.

Ingredients
| 1/2 medium size cauliflower,cut into florets | ||
| 1 finely sliced onion | ||
| Carrot | 1 , grated | |
| Tomatoes | 3 , coarsely chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

| Ham | 1/4 Pound | |
| Sour cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Put the cauliflower florets in a casserole.
Add the onion, carrot and tomatoes and 1 cup (250 ml/ 8 fl oz) of water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the casserole and microwave onhigh for 15 minutes.
Set a few cauliflower florets aside and puree the rest in a food processor with the ham.
Return the mixture to the casserole.
Add 1 1/2 cups (350 ml/12 fl oz) of hot water.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Microwave onhigh for 5 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream (creme fraiche) and the reserved cauliflower florets .
