Cauliflower Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 2 Pound, trimmed | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salad oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Small bunch of parsley | ||
Directions
Cook trimmed and washed cauliflower in salt water until tender.
Mix vinegar with a little water, season with salt and sugar, and add finely chopped parsley and oil.
Put cooled cauliflower into dressing, and set aside in a cool place for an hour.
