Ingredients

 Grate a cauliflower 2 cups
 Plump green chillie, deseeded, chopped fine 1
 Coriander1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Lime juiced1
 Rock Salt To Taste

Directions

Soak the cauliflower in not salted water for 10 minutes and clean thoroughly before grating.
Mix the lime juice, chillie and rock salt into the grated cauliflower.
Transfer to a glass serving bowl.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
