Directions
1) Trim cauliflower for leaves and stem.
MAKING
2) In a large kettle, place the cauliflower with stem side down.
3) Cover with boiling water.
4) Stir in salt and lemon slices.
5) Boil the mixture; lower the heat; cover the pan and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender.
6) Drain the cauliflower.
SERVING
7) In a warm serving dish, place the whole cauliflower.
8) Sprinkle chopped hard-cooked egg and parsley on top.
9) Combine butter with lemon juice and croutons.
10) Pour the mixture over cauliflower and serve.
