Cauliflower Pickles Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflowerets | 2 Quart | |
| Sugar | 1 1⁄2 | |
| Distilled vinegar | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White mustard seed | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seed | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green peppers | 2 , cut into strips | |
| Sweet peppers | 2 , cut into strips | |
| Onions | 1 1⁄2 Pound, quartered |
Directions
Cook cauliflower in small amount of water for 5 minutes; drain.
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt and spices; cover and heat to boiling.
Add all vegetables; boil, uncovered, for 2 minutes.Place in clean hot jars and seal.
