Ingredients

 Cauliflowerets2 Quart
 Sugar1 1⁄2
 Distilled vinegar2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
 Salt2 Tablespoon
 White mustard seed1 Tablespoon
 Celery seed1 Tablespoon
 Green peppers2 , cut into strips
 Sweet peppers2 , cut into strips
 Onions1 1⁄2 Pound, quartered

Directions

Cook cauliflower in small amount of water for 5 minutes; drain.
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt and spices; cover and heat to boiling.
Add all vegetables; boil, uncovered, for 2 minutes.Place in clean hot jars and seal.
