Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups cauliflower flowerets
 1 cup coarsely grated carrots
 Green pepper3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pecan halves1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
 Radish rose and carrot curls

Directions

Blanch flowerets in hot, salted water for 2 minutes; drain, then chill.
Keep all ingredients separate until time to serve.
Then toss together with horseradish mustard dressing.
