Cauliflower-Ham Scallop Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 1 Medium, cooked | |
| 3 cups medium white sauce | ||
| Cooked ham | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Blanched almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup cracker crumbs | ||
Directions
Cauliflower may be left whole or broken apart.
Arrange it in baking dish.
Combine white sauce, ham and almonds, and pour over cauliflower.
Melt butter or margarine, stir in crumbs and use to top cauliflower mixture.
Bake at 350°F. until crumbs brown and dish is heated throughâ€â€about 30 minutes.
