Ingredients
1 small head cauliflower
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 crepes
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Break cauliflower in small pieces and cook in salted water until soft.
Drain.
