Cauliflower Casserole Recipe

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen cauliflower
 
1 cup water
 
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
 
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
 
1/3 cup minced green pepper
 
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
 
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
Paprika

Directions

Cook cauliflower in 1 cup boiling water until crisp-tender.
Drain.
Combine cauliflower, cheddar cheese, corn flake crumbs, green pepper, and onion.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
Spread top with sour cream, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
