Directions

GETTING READY
1) Leave as many of the outer leaves on the cauliflower as possible.
2) Stand in salted water for 1/2 hour.

MAKING
3) Wash and place in an oven-glass bowl along with 1/2 cup water.

5) Pour over the lemon juice and melted butter, and place a large whole lettuce leaf over the top.
6) Place in the oven and bake till the vegetable is tender but not too soft.
