Ingredients

 
Cauliflower - 1 large head
 
Cheese - 1 cup, grated, divided
 
Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup, mixed with 1/2 cup of cheese
 
Butter - 2 tablespoons

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2. In a steamer, steam cauliflower or boil in a saucepan; break up into flowerets.

FINALISING
3. Into a greased baking dish, spread layers of cauliflower and sprinkling each layer with grated cheese.
4. Cover top with cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
5. Dot top with butter and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve hot Cauliflower Au Gratin from the baking dish.
