Ingredients

 1/2 cup water, nonfat chicken broth, or vegetable broth
 Onions1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 1/2 cups low-sodium canned tomato puree
 Green chiles2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Ground ginger2 Teaspoon
 Ground cumin2 Teaspoon
 Ground coriander1 Teaspoon
 Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Cauliflower florets6 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Heat 1/4 cup of the water or broth in a heavy saucepan. Add onions. Cook and stir until onions are tender. Add more liquid during this process if necessary.
2. Add tomato puree, chiles, parsley, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add cauliflower. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
