Cauliflower with Yogurt Paprika and Sunflower Seeds Recipe
|Cauliflower||8 Ounce, cut into small florets (225 Gram)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)|
|Onion||1 Small, peeled and finely chopped|
|Tomato||1 , skinned, seeded and chopped|
|Plain unsweetened yogurt||5 Ounce (1 Carton, 150 Gram)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Sunflower seeds||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
|Parsley sprigs||1 (For Garnish)|

1) In a pan with boiling salted water, boil the cauliflower for about 5 min until slightly tender, drain well.
2) In a pan, saute the onion until softened, stir in the paprika and saute for further 2-3 min, then stir in the tomato and the cauliflower; stir continuously on a gentle heat.
3) Lastly stir in the yogurt into the pan and reheat, do not allow to boil; season well with the salt and pepper.
4) Garnish with the sunflower seeds and parsley and serve immediately.
