Cauliflower With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 cups cauliflower florets
 
3/4 cup canned cream of mushroom soup
 
3/4 cup milk
 
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
 
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
 
Fresh ground pepper

Directions

In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch cauliflower florets 1 minute or so.
Drain.
In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add cauliflower florets.
Continue cooking 4 minutes.
