Cauliflower With Creamy Chive Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 1 , washed | |
| 1 cup DANNON® Plain Nonfat or Low fat Yogurt | ||
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dried chives | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Steam cauliflower, covered, over boiling water 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
In a small bowl combine yogurt, chives and mustard.
Blend well with wire whisk or fork.
Spoon over cooked cauliflower, allowing steam to heat sauce.
