Cauliflower With Blackberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup blackberry or blueberry juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
Discard the green leaves from the cauliflower and cook the whole cauliflower in boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Bring the water to a boil.
Combine the blackberry juice and cornstarch and add to the boiling water, stirring constantly until the sauce has thickened.
Drain the cauliflower, place it on a serving dish and pour over the prepared sauce.
