Ingredients
| Broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Place Car/ic Broth and cauliflower in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat until cauliflower is very tender and liquid is absorbed.
Add a little water, if necessary, to prevent scorching.
Place cauliflower in blender and process on medium speed with yogurt until mixture is smooth.
Cauliflower White Sauce 11 can be served over stuffed fish or fish fillets.
To serve fish "au gratin," cover with sauce, sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan cheese or some whole grain bread crumbs and run the dish under the broiler just until topping begins to brown.
