Cauliflower White Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cauliflower florets | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring | ||
Directions
Heat milk to simmer.
Add cauliflower and cook until it is very soft, then puree in blender.
Add salt and butter flavoring.
If it is too thick, heat a few tablespoons of water and stir into sauce.
