Directions

Steam cauliflower 10 minutes or so.
It should be firm and still on the crisp side.
Put cauliflower, green pepper and celery into a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and pour over vegetables.
Let marinate 3 to 5 hours before serving.
