Ingredients

 Cauliflower1 Small
 250g sugar peas
 1 1/2kg small cooked prawns, shelled
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (CURRY MAYONNAISE)
 Curry powder2 Teaspoon (CURRY MAYONNAISE)
 Worcestershire sauce1/4 Teaspoon (CURRY MAYONNAISE)
 Tiny pinch saffron powder

Directions

Break cauliflower into flowerettes, top and tail sugar peas.
Drop cauliflower and sugar peas into pan of boiling water for 1 minute, drain, rinse under cold water until completely cold; drain.
Toss in salad bowl with prawns.
Pour Curry Mayonnaise over salad, toss well.
Curry Mayonnaise: Combine all ingredients in bowl, beat together well.
