Cauliflower Savory Recipe
Cauliflower Savoury has a great taste. Cauliflower Savoury gets it lovely taste from mushrooms mixed with cheese and eggs.
Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 1 Large | |
| Mushrooms | 4 | |
| White sauce | 1/3 Pint | |
| Cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Seasoning | ||
| Tomatoes | 4 Large | |
| Onion | 1 Large | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Ounce | |
| Hard boiled eggs | 2 | |
| Butter | 1 Ounce (For sauce) | |
| Flour | 1 Ounce (For sauce) | |
| Milk | 1/3 Pint (For sauce) | |
| Seasoning | ||
Directions
Divide cauliflower into flowerets.
Boil in boiling salted water until only just tender.
Fry the sliced onion, tomatoes and chopped mushrooms in butter, season well.
Arrange half the cauliflower in hot dish.
Cover with mushroom mixture.
Arrange rest of flowerets over the top in a round cauliflower shape.
Cover with white sauce and cheese.
Brown in oven or under grill.
Garnish with quartered tomatoes and hard boiled eggs.
