| Raw cauliflower - 4 cups, thinly sliced | ||
| Ripe olives - 1 cup, coarsely chopped, pitted | ||
| Green pepper - 2/3 cup, coarsely chopped | ||
| Pimiento - 12 cup, coarsely chopped | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Olive or salad oil - 1/2 cup | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon (For Dressing) | |
| Wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon (For Dressing) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon (For Dressing) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon (For Dressing) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (For Dressing) | |
| Crisp salad greens | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a medium bowl, put cauliflower, olives, green pepper, onion and pimiento in it.
2.Prepare the dressing by mixing salad oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper in a bowl.
3.Blend the oil mixture thoroughly.
4.Once done, pour the blended mixture on cauliflower mixture and refrigerate.
SERVING
5.Toss and serve in salad bowls lined with salad greens.
