Ingredients

 Iceberb lettuce - 1 head, torn to bite-size pieces
 Cauliflower florets4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red onion1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Low cal mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
 Parmesan cheese 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Imitation bacon bits - 1/4 cup

Directions

MAKING
1. Line the bottom of a shallow bowl with lettuce and top with cauliflower florets and onions lices
2. Spread mayo over the entire salad with a rubber scraper and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bacon bits
3. Cover with a plastic film and refrigerate overnight

SERVING
4. Give a quick toss once more before serving
