 2 heads cauliflower, finely chopped
 Green onions1 Bunch (100gm), finely chopped
 Radishes1 Bunch (100gm), finely chopped
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing:)
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing:)
 Dill1 Teaspoon (Dressing:)
 Parsley3 Teaspoon (Dressing:)
 2 teaspoons beau monde spice

Directions

Combine dressing ingredients and add to vegetables.
Best if refrigerated overnight.
I use my food processor to chop the vegetables.
