Directions
1. Cut the cauliflower and put it in a food processor and process it down to a rice like consistency.
MAKING
2. Transfer the processed cauliflower into a microwave safe dish and put it in microwave for 5 minutes.
3. Once cooked, place the cauliflower into a dish and season with salt and pepper, nutmeg and vegan butter.
SERVING
4. Serve this cauliflower rice as a main dish or an appetizer.
