Paleo (Cauliflower) Rice Recipe Video

Directions
1. Dice one onion.
2. Mince 5 cloves of garlic.
3. Finely chop 3 stalks of celery.
4. Coarsely chop cauliflower.
MAKING
4. In a pan, heat olive oil.
5. Add diced onion. Sauté for 15 minutes over a medium flame.
6. Add minced garlic.
7. Add finely chopped celery. Sauté over a medium flame for 5 minutes.
8. In a food processor, add coarsely chopped cauliflower. Churn it to make it into fine pieces.
9. Add cauliflower to the pan. Sauté on medium heat for 15 minutes covered, until cauliflower gets soft.
10. Add salt. Mix it well.
SERVING
11. Serve Sauteed Cauliflower with rice or with a salad.
