Cauliflower Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Lightly cooked cauliflower- 1 qty, 1 1/2 oz (45g) oil | ||
| Large onion- 1 qty, coarsely grated | ||
| Breadcrumbs | 4 Ounce | |
| Mixed herbs | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 | |
| Rind of a lemon,grated | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.) Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C (Gas Mark 7)
2.) Chop the cauliflower
MAKING
3.) Take a greased dish and put th chopped cauliflower in it
4.) Melt the fat in the pan, then add onions and fry for a few minutes
5.) Add the breadcrumbs, the parsley and the lemon rind in the pan and stir it.
6.) Spread the mixture over the cauliflower, press down well
7.) Bake for 30 minutes
SERVING
8.) Can be served as a side dish
