 Green or red bell pepper - 1, stemmed, seeded, and cut into 12 pieces
 Cauliflower cut in small flowerets - 2 cups
 Frozen peas package1
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground cumin seed - 1/8 teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a wide frying pan heat oil.
2. Add pepper, cauliflower, peas, water, cumin, and salt.
3. Cook covered over moderately-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
