Cauliflower in Yogurt Sauce Recipe

Directions
Pour lemon juice over cauliflower; steam over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Mix together the next 7 ingredients thoroughly.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir in yogurt mixture.
Simmer gently about 6 minutes; remove from heat and cool.
Taste; add salt and pepper.
Gently rub yogurt sauce over steamed cauliflower.
Place in a saucepan with about 1 cup of steaming liquid poured into the bottom.
Cover and simmer until cauliflower is tender (about 30 minutes).
Baste cauliflower occasionally.
